Sunshine Villa   

Our home is one of the finest family owned in Rotonda, accommodating up to eight people in total comfort.

The house includes a 30x16ft ,south facing (great for winter sunshine), swimming pool with over 50ft of deck (patio) area. Our home is equipped with all the creature comforts you will require for your holiday.

Our home is fully air conditioned and the accommodation comprises of: four bedrooms, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms , two twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom, large lounge, a sizeable kids playroom (den), dining area (nook) and Kitchen.

Rotonda, is located on the beautiful Cape Haze Peninsula and our house is only fifteen minutes drive to the Gulf Coast beaches.

Included with our home are two sets of adult Golf Clubs to make it easy for you play at the six local golf courses.

There are plenty of excellent restaurants, two tennis courts , shops and supermarkets all within easy reach.

We include four full size bicycles for you to explore the local area, there is a cycle track approximately 1 mile from the house which finishes at the nearest supermarket.

The Villa overlooks the fairway of the tenth tee of the Long Marsh golf course and offers quiet relaxation, while watching the local wildlife and golfers of all standards!

Wildlife to look out for in the local area include Osprey, Heron, Pelicans, Ibis, Egrets, also Raccoons, Armadillos, Turtles, Dolphins, Alligators and Otters.
